Coarse Sea Salt Tub – 1 kg

Our salt pearls are produced naturally by the powerful Kaskazi winds! They roll along the bottom of the salt pans getting bigger and bigger each day until the salt pearls are ready to be hand harvested. Our specially trained harvesting team keep a watchful eye on them as they grow in size. They go wonderfully with focaccias and dishes with a slow diffusion of flavour. Listen out for the sound that salt pearls make when they hit the bottom of a pan!
