Using the pristine ocean waters of Zanzibar, our sustainably farmed and hand- harvested sea salt is like no other. It has a unique taste and texture created by our farming process and remote location. It’s actually pretty simple too! Some pure Zanzibari ocean with the sustainable sun and wind creates our Pure Ocean sea salt. This is where your food journey should begin – with a Pinch of East Africa. As we always say, a small pinch goes a long way!
